Ruben's Auto Repair

On our family trip from San Antonio to Mexico our mini van broke down, I know my way around cars and I knew the problem was with the alternator, but how could I get my hands on it without the right tools and in a different city? Well good thing Ruben's shop was just across the street. Even though he was swamped with work he took the time and within 5 min he had diagnosed the problem and got to work on my vehicle, a couple hours later we were on our way. Considering this was an emergency (for us anyway) another shop would have definitely overcharged us. He was knowledgeable, fast and honest, and did not cost me an arm and a leg, on the contrary, great price and above and beyond service.

Words can’t express how grateful we are of this automotive shop, we were driving from San Antonio, Tx into Mexico and our van broke down right before we crossed the border, it was a blessing. Ruben’s shop was right across from where we were, we reached out to him and no later than 10 Mins he was checking the van and finding out what was the problem, he offered to recharged the battery in order to move the van into his shop, long story short he left all other pending jobs to assist us because we were still a long way from our destination. Thankfully 3 hours later we were on our way and he didn’t take advantage of the situation, he charged what was right. THANK YOU RUBEN!! Very knowledgeable and friendly
