Rubens Precision Automotive

I have been going to Ruben's Precision Auto for the last 10 years exclusively for all of my vehicles most recently in the last month for an oil change and brakes for my truck. They do great work and are very honest about what is wrong with your vehicle and what they recommend to repair it. I have been to a lot of places over the years but I am so glad that Ruben's Precision was recommended to me. 10 out of 10!

UPDATED 6/14/25 I confirmed last night that I was billed for ac delco spark plugs at $9 each, yet they installed auto lite plugs which go for 3.99 each (photos attached) Had the motor not been removed, I wouldn't have known!Now I can add fraud to the list! Referred to this place by a few respected individuals in the Fairfield area and car scene, even attended the same car show a couple weeks before together (I won a award that day for the car). I needed some touch up work done in preparation for hot August this year. My regular mechanic was overbooked and couldn't take my car in, so I searched for someone with skills working on old schools. Some thirty years ago we were driving back to so cal. from East Cape and our truck wouldn't kick in to overdrive. We stopped in Loretto and drop the truck off at the first auto shop we saw and the owner told us to go next-door to a tiny cantina and have a beer. 20 minutes later he handed us the keys and said here you go my friends, when we asked what we owed him he just waved it off so we tried to pay but to no avail, so we gave him a bunch of fresh dorado fillets. Any way , his name was Ruben Diaz. Any chance that he might be part of these auto shop ? Never forget how kind he was.

Reuben was able to locate the source and eliminate the loud rumble in my Ford Focus that a supposedly reputable mechanic in Vallejo could not. His work was efficient and very reasonable and the customer service was great. Thank you!
