My repair experience with this shop couldn't have been better. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the work performed and their attention to detail. Travis was professional & polite providing me accurate info about the whole process and time to completion. The damage cost was just shy of the vehicle being totaled, and what I received back was genuinely like new. I would unhesitatingly recommend Rubio Premier Motors as a top repair facility.

I purchased a Superformance cobra from Rubio motors in September. I went up to look over the car and everything seemed good. I asked the owner Rob if there was anything I needed to know about the car and he assured me that it was a fantastic car, nothing to report. After I shipped the car home I soon realized there were some problems. The emergency brake was so corroded that it was frozen and the actuating rod was broken, it appeared that the brake was operating but was just pivoting. The speedometer wasn’t working, along with the turn signals and the fuel gauge. I was concerned with the mechanics of the car when I looked at it, I didn’t think I needed to check the fuel gauge and that the signals were working. They are rude to you if you're working class and dont have a new/expensive vehicle. The disrespect isn't worth it and I know 5 other locals who stopped bringing their vehicles here because of this.

Had an amazing experience with rubios! Got hit by a deer and they made the whole process super easy, my car looks brand new! Definitely would recommend!
