My husband took my car in for the oil change special they have between 2 and 4. When he arrived, the office clerk was outside and didn’t greet him. He went inside, and she still didn’t greet him. She had a stern face and attitude and just asked what he needed. He told her he was there for an oil change, and she said they wouldn’t be able to help him because they were backed up with previous cars. My husband drove all the way from Horizon, but he understood it was out of their control. However, the clerk’s attitude and entitlement made him want to speak to a manager just to let them know. He spoke with Willie, who was amazing and a great employee. I am a repeat customer of Rudolph VW and have been loyal to Volkswagen for years, which made this experience especially disappointing. The customer service from Victor Rocha/Armando Bernal was substandard and disrespectful. I was quoted full MSRP (“full pop”) for a vehicle that was being sold by Ancira VW/ Vanguard VW dealer outside of El Paso for 6,000-10,000 less at the same time. When I raised this concern, it was dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Additionally, while my wife was explaining to me what she looking for in a vehicle, Armando rudely interrupted her and said “no”, cutting her off instead of listening to our needs.
