This dealership has the best service advisors and service technicians in town that deliver top notch service! Their customer service has been consistent since they opened for business in early 2013. I have had VWs since I got my driver’s license many moons ago. Rachel Hinojos led the team in excellence and her legacy lives on through the staff she trained. The department is now led by Desiree Lara who was the first person that provided service to me after Rachel that was as good- she was later promoted. Now Amber and Edith as service advisors are awesome multi- taskers offering the best customer service around. The team is in sync and service is seamless. I recently purchased my first-ever brand new car, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment my husband and I walked into the dealership, we felt welcomed, informed, and supported every step of the way. As a first-time buyer, the paperwork and overall process can be a bit overwhelming, but Mr. Armando Reynal and Alex Tarin were incredibly helpful throughout. They were patient, clear, and made sure we felt confident in every decision. What could have been a stressful experience turned into an exciting and memorable milestone. I wish I could post 1/2 a star. I purchased a Toyota Tacoma for 37k and got 2 free oil changes. Every time I had to talk to someone it was the manager to set the appointment because “they can grantee my appt time. Even though I live a hour away”. The receptionist with the glasses was always rude the 2 times I went. Never purchase something if you need to get maintenance there!!! Also put my truck in and out of gear roughly (can’t upload the video)

I brought my Jetta in for a 10,000 mile service along with a request for an adjustment in the door latch which Rudolph had installed at the last service and a recurring EPC light. When the light comes on, the engine has very little power. After 10 days there was no diagnosis as to the EPC light. I called to tell them I needed the car back for a trip to Houston and would be there in 6 hours to pick it up. None of the work I requested had been done. They never looked at the door latch, did none of the inspections specified for the regular service, and hadn't even changed the oil. The worst part was the complete lack of communication from the service advisor as to what was going on with my car. I am done with them.

I have a 2019 Atlas with 40,000 miles (still under warranty). I noticed today my a/c is cold on driver side and warm on passenger side. I called for service appointment and was told they are booked until May. Today is March 28. Glad business is so good that I have to wait over a month for warranty repair, yet they want to sell me a new car every time I come in.What good is a warranty if they can't get you in for a repair! Time to hire more technicians to take care of your customers. I hope this is read by Rudolph management. Very bad customer service!
