Rudy took advantage of me. First he fixed my car several times and it kept breaking down. Then he advised that if it broke down again I’d need a new engine. It broke down again and so I paid $2000 down on the $4000 he was charging me to replace the engine. Then the air conditioner broke too… while it was still at his shop. The air conditioning was working when the car went to Rudy’s. When he tried to charge me to fix the ac I picked my car up. My new mechanic found that most of the nuts and bolts to the new engine were missing, parts and pieces were not connected at all or broken, the housing for my air compressor was stripped, the circuit board is fried and more. I recently had my excursion service here for a leak in my power steering system. Overall, I’m pleased with the service that they provided me. Luckily my truck is over 20 years old, so parts were easy for them to access and service relative to most modern vehicles. As a result, they got me in and out in a timely manner. They are very professional, polite, and courteous. My one concern was that the price for them to service my vehicle was a little high, but I don’t have any other businesses to reference. However, for the experience I had with them, I can confidently say I would do business again with them in the future, and I recommend them to anyone in town.

I took my vehicle to Rudy's Automotive to have an alternator and battery replaced. They tore up my carburetor hose and instead of replacing it, they duct tape it together and failed to mention it to me that they duct tape my car back together and I drove over 300 miles unbeknown to me that my car could of over heated and blew up my motor. That's bad business and when I asked Rudy over the phone I asked if that's how he does business, tear your car up and fall to tell you, his reply was yeah, sometimes. Cost me an extra 169$ to replace the hose and another 100 to have it replaced and plus the shipping and handling of getting another hose. Rudy does bad business Rudy you are a liar.
