As said by other reviewers, this place is a joke. The elderly woman that was "managing" the front desk was incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. She wouldn't release our car and then claimed she "had a loophole" but wouldn't tell us what it was because she thought we weren't talking to her enough. For as old as she appeared, she was acting like a child. We did come back later and the young man who helped us was much more helpful.

AVOID at all cost! I unfortunately had to deal with this towing company. They're extremely rude, I asked for an itemized invoice and was told I couldn't have one until I paid in full and was informed I could only pay in cash no credit card accepted. When I questioned what I was being charged for and pointed out They're a place of business and I should be allowed to pay with card unless they're trying to avoid paying taxes then I was told I could pay with a card but only if I had an ID that matched the card. I was also charged for 5 days of storage when they only had the vehicle for 4 days and thr guy made it seem like he was giving me a break taiking off one day storage probably because he thought I was to stupid to catch his mistake on over charging me. When they towed my car I went to try getting it back , they told me a price I had to pay to get it out , we went and got the money ! Went right back just for them to say “I’m sorry we already took parts for it” do not recommend. They are not true to there word and shouldn’t be able to do that after telling someone a price to get it back… and someone I know got her car towed yesterday and she wants to pay to get it out and they won’t let her. This is not right .. she still owes on it to so it should be giving back to the dealership not this junkyard. They need a lot of work…

These folks go above and beyond for their customers! I have used Rudy's towing for 15 years. Blas responded to us on this most recent tow when our Camaro broke down. He took good care of the vehicle as it loaded. He is very friendly and knowledgable. Overall great guy! The staff and family that run this place are friendly and awesome! I will never call anybody else! Once again Rudy's came out to tow the Ford to Ford. Chris was professional and went above an beyond. Thanks again Rudy's.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service the lady at the front counter was rude and taking personal calls leaving us waiting for twenty minutes standing at the window. Only to hang up the phone and answer a completely different one leaving us still standing there after she ignored us on the phone when we called because she “had customers” but when we were customers she ignored us in person too. She finally talks to us after about thirty minutes of standing in the heat. But she was disrespectful and flat out rude. They need new employees ones that know basic human decency. Very unprofessional and very RUDE people.
