I've known Steve for a while over 20 years is a very qualified very person he knows his equipment he knows his tools he continuously follows up on classes and which he needs to do his job and retain his accreditations. Besides following up with his accreditations he keeps up on all the latest techniques and all the latest equipment in order to do so to save the customer time and money first and foremost the save the customer the time which equates to money even though he's taking money out of his own pocket he does not believe this is hurting him in any fashion
