Just wow! Highly recommend Rugged Rental. We were very impressed with how smooth everything went, from catching their shuttle at the airport, to completing the paperwork at the office, to the return on a day they were closed. The staff was communicative and provided very precise instructions. They were quick to answer questions by email prior to our trip (I wanted to know what type of charging port the car would have.) Also, I was worried we would miss our connecting flight and arrive to SLC late and after hours. They were able to reassure me that someone would still arrive to take us to our car. Great experience. Small independent place so don't expect the instant digital booking/process like the national brands. But the truck was in great condition for 50k miles of off grid bro adventures. Airport Shuttle showed up 10-15 minutes after I called them, 10pm on a Saturday, so that was great. Drop off during off hours Sunday was odd as explained but turned out way better and more efficient for getting back to the airport on time. Guaranteed 4x4 at reasonable price, good condition and great service means I'll be a repeat customer.

Excellent experience with Rugged Rental. The communication pre and post pickup was timely. The pickup at the airport and return to airport was seamless with as expected wait times since they are only a few minutes away. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon was mostly clean. Some areas still had red clay dust from past rentals but it's allowed to be used on improved trail. So I'm not surprised by it or put off in any way. The vehicle ran great for the entire week we had it and allowed us to run Shafer Trail at Canyonlands National Park and a couple other graded roads with ease.

Rented a jeep wrangler from Rugged Rental. Shuttle service to and from SLC airport was excellent everything about my experience was great they even provided me with a complementary cooler to use for my trip. I'd highly recommend them, and I'll use the again the next time I visit.

Outside of some initial friction to secure a rental for our visit to Park City, our experience renting with Rugged was amazing. The shuttle from the airport and pickup were a breeze, the car was in perfect condition and dropping off after hours was easy and convenient. I would certainly look to rent with Rugged again if returning to the Salt Lake area. Chad and the Rugged staff were friendly and helpful and ensured our trip was seamless.
