Great experience, needed some up keep maintenance, bought tires from a different vendor and they balanced them separate. Hassle free, received technical support as I tried to maintaince her as much I could before I brought her in. They took a once over and did some minor work to make her road ready, and identified a few problems I overlooked or didn't have the skill set to do it myself, and even found and suggested parts in my price range to be on the road again. I like to think I can do everything myself, but if I need any custom work I will definitely be back. Thank you Steve and everyone who helped at Rullo Customs, because of you I have my baby back and loving the ride. Cheers ☺️

I ended up at Rulo Custom Cycles by accident after my bike started acting up while I was driving nearby. I met Steve, the owner, and he quickly figured out what was wrong just by taking a quick look. He really took the time to listen and made me feel like my questions mattered. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Steve was super friendly, clearly knows his stuff, and was very professional. I’d definitely recommend him and his team!

Great fabricator service! We needed a side-stand shortened to compensate for lowered suspension on a touring bike. Steve did a great job to get the stand angled at 87°, with the footplate perfectly level for maximum ground contact. He even machined a short rod to go into the hollow side stand for maximum strength. Works great, looks great. We'll be back for any welding or metal fabrication needs.

When I was on hold, They had Hendrix for hold music, awesome. Steve is easy to talk with. I had them perform a 1000 mile service on my Harley and it went well. Very good price, especially compared to dealership. I will take my bike to Rullo in the future.
