Took my Audi into Justin to get my crankcase breather done and he was able to fix my car within 2 days and the dealship wanted to keep it for a week!! He was very fast, reliable, and knowledgeable! His prices are super reasonable as well! I highly recommend him and will be going to him with car troubles from here on out!

Previously I had my engine and turbo replaced by another auto shop, however my check engine light stayed on after leaving my car with them for over 3 months. Took it to Justin and within a couple hrs he found and fixed the problem and also got me a new key fob since my old one was missing buttons. 10/10 service, definitely will recommend to all my friends and family!!

JUSTIN IS AMAZING. TAKES LOTS OF PRIDE IN HIS WORK AND AMAZING PRICE!! He doesn’t stop until he solves the problem. I came for a diagnostic because my car made metal clunking noises, he checked everything from the control arms, sway bars, shocks, bearings, bushings everything. He took many test drives with me after suspencting the root of the cause and nothing fixed it. That was until he started playing around with other suspension parts and eventually found a steering line loose that was very hidden. He tightened it which was pretty much on the engine and was very hard to reach. Went on a test drive with me again and car made no noise. Listen this guy is on point and keeps it real. His work is outstanding I just had my fuel pump put in same day and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Justin is a real professional and cool guy if your in the area look him up you won’t be disappointed

Justin is the BEST! I live in Stanwood and have always taken my BMW to a (highly reviewed) repair shop in Everett. When my BMW broke down on my way to work I searched (while waiting for the tow truck) for BMW repair shops close to me and found Running Automotive. With fingers crossed, I had my car towed there. The tow truck driver eased some of my concerns when he said that Justin was an expert in German car repair. I got my car back and it’s running great. So we then took in my husband’s Tacoma because we had taken it 2 times to our repair shop in Everett because of a noise we heard when driving and they kept reassuring us nothing was wrong.
