I’ve waited a few months before posting this review, just in case things went sideways. I’m thrilled to say my initial impression and experience of working with Rupp Auto still stands. What a smooth, professional and considerate approach to a used vehicle purchase. Due to the more concierge model, I was able to view the car, drive the car and negotiate the deal all without having to get past the proverbial ‘bench of broken dreams’ that houses the feeding frenzy of salesman. You know the type, they sit out there smoking their cigarettes waiting for their next prospect. None of that with Rupp - I knew what I wanted, my budget and where I had some room.
