I was reluctant to believe there are still craftsman who take pride and pleasure in their personal skills to truly pleasing their customers. He truly went above and beyond — not only did he fix the car quickly and professionally, but he also took the time to clean the car, which was such a thoughtful touch. Let me tell you when I first pulled up in front of this place if business my first inclination was to turn around and drive off. But I didn't and I am so glad I didn't these people relate and treat you like an old friend or family. Their parking lot is small but looks can be deceptive like it is fabled. These people are quick, attentive and accurate about their work and customer service. My work was done within 2 days. They did an awesome job. I guess I now have a new body shop that I can favorite. Both Chris and Eileen are delightful. Thanks for making this a painless experience.
