Rush Truck Centers - Colorado Springs

I had a series of unfortunate events this day. It started with a flat, then 4 new batteries, and then an alternator. I was running a critical load, and these setbacks had me pressed for time. Once I got towed in the (who I thought was a technician) GM and a dedicated technician (Tim) took superior care of my unit. I've never seen a GM go hands-on to get me in and out in roughly an hour. Mind you, this was after hours. I was treated with the utmost respect and care. At no time did these men make me feel like a number. I am forever grateful. 10/10 I highly recommend. Now, the real question is who do you call to complement a GM🤔

Always a great experience, Manager and front desk is amazing. Had a power steering leak and even though they were slammed they were able to get me in and fixed same day. Tim was my mechanic, incredibly knowledgeable and effective. Great guy who answered all my question and helped me understand more about my truck and engine. I would absolutely recommend the shop to the point of me dead heading 100 miles just to go here vs going elsewhere. Thank you Rush and I will be sure to comeback

I just got to say these guys are awesome I got here Monday morning cuz my transmission went out they got a transmission yesterday and late last night they finished it up I can't believe how fast they got me in and out real quick these guys are awesome thank you Rush Peterbilt of Colorado springs you guys rock

My semi broke down on the freeway in the "cold" morning hours.. Rush wasted no time coming to my rescue and the best part is, my truck was up and running before the end of the day! Most places keep you truck for a week before they even look at it. "Thank you Rush, YOU ROCK!"

These guys are not only HONEST but extremely competent ! Have brought my Peterbilt 579 a total of 3 times this year and they’ve not let me down . Knowledgeable staff , very friendly and fair pricing . I would highly recommend.
