Rush Truck Centers - Greeley

I brought my 06 Pete in 2/13/26 with starter issues. Service writer was amazing. Not super excited about the mechanics work. I was told the starter was just a wire. I got 7 hrs away and wouldn’t start. I looked at the starter and I couldn’t see where he’d even put a wrench on the bolts. The wires had corroded ends still, nothing had been cleaned. I was pretty disappointed. He did do well at installing the new belts. I did have them address my A/C not working. I know I have wiring issues so the problem wasn’t fixed but the compressor is working and charged just not turning on. The bill was 2600.00 and I wouldn’t have minded other than the issue I took it in for isn’t fixed and that’s the starter. I’ll be contacting them Monday. Lazy heart trucking.

Friends, you took care of my truck and solved my problems. I am very grateful to all of you. I am now able to use my truck without any problems. I am truly grateful to all of you.

Parts is only open til 430pm and nobody answers their phones after that and if you go into service after that time as well, you wait FOREVER with only ONE person working everything🤷‍♀️

This town has to change their photo radar that shakes down drivers for an illegal$350. Avoid this area.

This Peterbilt store WILL NOT honor all peterbilt warranties!! Only if the purchase was made from them. Not very helpful for the OTR drivers!! So what's the point of buying Peterbilt parts if Rush doesn't honor all Peterbilt parts??
