Rush Truck Centers - Houston Medium-Duty

We took our Hino truck there for repair it needed a part between the double gas tanks. We went to the E Freeway location. They said it should be a couple of days. After the two days they kept on saying probably tomorrow every day. We called in and they would give an excuse and say another day. Well they finally repaired it 6 weeks later so we were stuck with a rental box truck charge for 6 weeks. The bill came to $3500 instead of $700. How can it be this much? Kyle is the general manager. Do not buy a truck from these guys and definitely do not take it in for repair there.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Ruuuuuuuuuuuuunnnn! Paid over $2,500 and the same issue came back within 50 miles. Had to wait weeks each visit and got charged again with no real fix. Slow, costly, and unprofessional. Avoid this place. That guy Ron needs to be reassigned to a position in the back he does not need to interact with paying customers.

Today I had the best experience regarding purchasing parts: we had the toughest part to find: one of multiple electrical harnesses that a 3406E may have, Taylor and Tim Cornell were the greatest in helping me get that part, they both worked together matching the part with the reference number and the sample I got, we were there for a considerable time going back and forth until they found my highly needed part. I don’t have enough words to thank them for their dedication to solve customers issues. This is the most important reason why I’m still going to Rush Truck Centers in Houston to get all I need for my operation. Thank you guys and keep up the excellent job !! Monica

The counter sales people try to help you. I've been to the other location and they act like you are interrupting their day by buying parts.
