I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent service I received. My experience was unfortunately marked by significant delays, a lack of responsiveness (including unanswered phone calls), and ultimately, an unsatisfactory repair. The repair work completed on my semi-truck was not performed correctly, resulting in wasted time and money. I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service and the overall experience. I will not be utilizing your services again and would advise others to carefully consider alternative options.

I am from Iowa and I haul livestock my air compressor went out and I called and talked to goerge I tell you what he is very nice and pleasant to speak with he went above and beyond to get me up and going he took time to search for parts I needed I even was able to send pics back and forth so he could see what parts I had and what was bad this dude definitely needs to train other parts guys if and whenever I come back to central Florida and need anything I definitely will be calling this guy I told him I owe him a steak dinner but he said he was just doing his job

My front rear went out in Lake City on Wednesday 04/19/23 and I brought my truck to Rush Peterbilt on 04/20 and arrived before they opened at 630 am, they open at 7. I advised them that my front rear was making clunking a noise. I further advised them that the front drive shaft was turning but not the rear, and I was able to move the truck by flipping the power divider. I told them to order a new rear because I wanted to limit my down time. Took them until late Friday before they even took the broken rear out and waited too long to order the rear and now they couldn't get it until Monday the 24th. On Monday the 24th, the rear did not get to the shop until after 3pm. On Tuesday the 25th, they realized that they ordered the wrong one, and of course the correct rear doesn't arrive until after
