Rush Truck Centers - Sealy

I really can’t say enough about this particular location. Just some down to earth good people with a ton of knowledge and experience who really believe if there customers don’t succeed then they don’t succeed. The service manager Jake, great leader with a crew that respects him and if you are fortunate enough to have Trent work on your motor, you can have confidence knowing it’ll be right. Trent just completed a total engine rebuild on my Cummins ISX 15 Performance Series and Chris did all the accessory work on my truck(headlights, watermelons, bumper, tbar, deck plate, airline box, saddle box, fenders, frame paint etc) and I couldn’t be happier. This shop was recommended to me and I live over 150 miles away and it was worth every mile to get here. Highly recommend!

I had booked an appointment about a week and half ago to have new shocks put on and to check the front end alignment on my DP motorhome. Arrived at 7:30 in the morning and found out it hadn't been entered in the system. This is a very busy commercial truck repair center and I understand their goal is getting these guys back on the road first before working on motorhomes. I will say to Roberts credit, he got me in the system, worked me in and had me finished up by that afternoon. He was great to talk to and kept me informed of what was going on. A big Thank You to Robert.

Truck was 8 days on the repair ,there not a major problems ,still there nobody working on the truck ,still need proof some thing what able to detect mechanic ,but statement was we are not find a leak ,same time we are proof leak with video,also foto available with black spot from exhaust leak.we are last time in that dealer .

Recently had my motorhome repaired at the Sealy, Texas location. My low rating is based on a couple of items. The first being the facility is not set up to work on motorhomes and the Service Shop Foreman will definitely tell you that truck drivers trucks take priority over any motorhomes. You can also see that attitude in their labor rates post on a large sign behind the service counter. However the Service Staff did their best to accommodate us and the repairs were done as fast as they could even working with our third party warranty company to obtain approvals. The second reason for the low rating is the repairs were completed in the morning however Rush would not release my motorhome to me because they had not been paid by the warranty company. Parts department is the worst in the country. I’ve been to over a dozen Rush Truck locations and this one is terrible. Sold one of my ordered parts to a walk-in customer. Another item ordered was the wrong color, even though they had my VIN. Customer service was awful.
