I bought a used truck here. Somebody put down the wrong make of truck on the title information and the temporary license plate. It caused great issues. Over a month later I almost received my corrected title (still waiting after 30 days see below).. I was thinking I was going to be scammed here.. I was waiting to rescind the sale and contact my attorney... After about a month I received an email with a copy of the correct title. Unfortunately they sent the corrected title to the incorrect address and it was returned by FedEx. Therefore I am still waiting..This is such a simple process and they just keep screwing it up. Also I must add that the finance person for the used trucks is purposely for some reason being rude to customers. He says he's trying to help you but he's an angry individu

My indoctrination to the Peterbilt family got off to a rough start from the time I checked in only Monday afternoon until yesterday morning. Thankfully the D&D twins in the shop, Dan and Dave were able to get ahold of the situation and quickly rectify the problem and keep me from losing my ever loving mind. While it's never easy bringing your truck to a dealership knowing it's going to potentially cost a lot of downtime and even more money then you don't have to begin with, Dan and Dave was able to help keep both of those things down which was so greatly appreciated. Thank you guys, and a big thank you to Dillon and the other mechanic who jumped on my truck to r&r the ECM and get me back up and running. Thank you all for everything 🙏

I had the worst experience ever at the Tampa Rush Truck Center TODAY. We needed a minor repair on one of our trucks. I was quoted a price of $1400. A short time later the truck was ready and the driver went to pick up the truck. HE was not aware THAT he was BEING charged a different amount of $2500 instead of $1400. Yes, $2500!! I was given NO explanation as to why this was! I tried calling to clarify WHY the change in the original quote, and WHAT exactly did they repair that cost $1,100 more? Instead, I was given the run-around by various employees at this location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED 11 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. MICKEY D. HOWE
