I'm a driver with Southern Lifting & Hoisting, my cruise control and engine brake had stopped working, due to time scheduling with work I was having a problem getting into a shop, going thru Tulsa yesterday evening I stopped at Rush truucks/Peterbilt at 7:30 p.m. the guys were able to get it in the shop, found the problem and was out the door at 9:20 p.m.....problem solved, Dave, Greg, Devon thanks for the great professional fast service

I was there seven days they couldn't find anything wrong with the truck even though the stop engine and check engine light came on they were really nice people but I wasn't impressed I know the snow storm was part of it

Absolutely one of if not the best peterbilt dealer and service shop in the country! And after 33 years otr I can tell you i have been to all most all of them. We recently purchased two trucks from Steve and he was great to deal with. I had a few issues with my truck a few weeks following our purchase and the service dept was just amazing going above and beyond to not only fix the problem but making sure we were satisfied and adding my chrome that had broken do to the mechanical issue I had.I would recommend taking your truck to see Jesse and the guys in the service dept. They truly know what there doing there. Thanks for the amazing service and beautiful new 389 petes.
