Rush Truck Leasing - Kansas City Idealease

Poor customer Service Issue getting someone to answer the phone Issue getting a basic question answered

I am going to post this wherever I can! I was involved in a hit and run by an Idealease truck. There is no accountability for these trucks! I was hit at highway speed, and suffered over $6,100 dollars in damage to my vehicle. I pulled over like any normal person, and the truck kept going. By the time I realized they were not stopping it was too late to get a plate number. So I called the police. After the fact I also called the corporate office for Idealease. I have got nothing but a run around from this company, and have been told there is nothing they can do!? They clearly do not take good care of their trucks. I could have been killed! I was lucky I was paying attention, and was able to move out of the way before totally getting nailed! There is NO way they did not know they hit me! I'm

First time I've ever used the Ideal Lease breakdown services. I've never seen such a dysfunctional more inept company or location. Ended up calling a Dealership in KC and having truck towed it was obvious Ideal Lease was absolutely clueless and support was the same way. Pitifull.

Terrible guy that tried to answer questions. He was stuck up and acted better than me. Treated me like garbage. Worst place ever. Glenn can go truck himself.

Was just there and the parts guy didnt even look or said anything. Was just helping someone else on the phone. Stood there for about 15 mins and just walked out.
