Rush Truck Leasing - Salt Lake City Idealease

Very frustrating customer service, having to talk to remote parts workers, and having no ability to access the stores phone to get things taken care of is wild to me. I suggest going to the store instead of calling as you'll have a better chance of things not getting messed up and the entire company be clueless about your order.

Just finished up a 21 year long relationship with kenworth paclease and now our company decided to give ideal lease a shot. So we haven't even received our new trucks yet. They are still in the build process.We are still in their rentals. But so far i think itis going to be better than kenworth. The mechanics out in the shop seem pretty laid back so im hopping we have a good couple lease periods with them and that should take me up to retirement. So i hope it goes good

Sadly this place doesn't rent trucks to owner operators with just a single truck, you need to have a fleet of trucks or belong to a company that has already established a reputation in order 2b able to rent with them, the other minus is their prices (In my opinion it's incredibly high) not worth the rent on your own, you basically will just make $ for the rental and almost zero profit, the only way to benefit from this expensive rental is if someone hit your truck and is on the shop been repaired and the insurance is paying for the rental, not you! that is the only way you can afford this!

Broke down mechanicwas able to make temporary adjustment so I could drive over to the shop from the i-80 freeway. Instead of waiting to get part from their normal source he contacted two other truck dealerships,mechanic drove over to dealership picked up the part fixed my truck the same evening so I could get back on the road

I guess it's true they don't rent to owner operators with only one truck. Definitely didn't rent me one..
