It’s rough to get good reviews as a towing company enforcing parking rules, but I hit a pothole on Houghton and bent my wheel. Peter towed my car to the dealership and was extremely kind and helpful along the way. He called me when he arrived at the dealership and ensured my car locked remotely from my app. Thank you!

I had such a good experience with this company. I broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire and had no idea how to change it. I called my parents, and they contacted this tow company for me. They showed up quickly, were super friendly, and instead of towing my car, they helped me change the tire right there. They didn’t even charge me. It was a stressful situation, but they made it so much easier. I’m really grateful for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend if you ever need help.

I frequent downtown 5 days a week because my wife works at Corbetts. Last night (Halloween) I parked in the parking lot behind hypsey gypsy and was on the phone. Didn't really think about paying I know my fault but I was gone for 30 min. I've parked here before and nothing has happened. But just because it was a holiday of course they are posted out. I understand it's my fault but they are closed on weekend so irs gonna be almost $400 now. I drive for a living this is going to absolutely destroy me. My wallet with my only cash was in there and a few other very important items. I don't mind paying $150 or whatever but $300 just to tow it then $30 a day when you're closed on the weekends is insane. Not to mention I've parked here before for way more time and nothing. Nothing at all. Ever. I

Rushing and sons Auto was recommended to me. My car wouldn’t start so they provided towing and fixed the issue in a day. It turned out to just be a battery, but their service gave me peace of mind, and I didn’t have to deal with it on my own . All things considered, I think it was reasonably priced and the service was prompt and efficient.
