Mark is the kindest most professional when it comes to towing and car services. My family has used him for years, and will continue to do so. 5/5 stars, would give 10 stars if I could!

They did a great job getting my mom's car back to looking the way it was supposed to. They also worked on my truck, I wanted them to do the work because they do such a great job. Timely work, professional and courteous I highly recommend them

This place is just amazing . It started off rocky but in the end their pricing is good compared to other places . And we are just overall very pleased with Russ towing and I would recommend every single time !! I wrecked my vehicle and they just have the best prices around and most off all they truly try to help and you just walk in and instantly get into a better mood because the owner or worker and people who work their are so polite and professional !

These guys took care of me in a way that made me feel like a valued customer and not a means to an end of a financial transaction. They were communicative the entire process and even made an effort to assist me with the rental car both picking up and dropping off.
