Made an online appointment due to no one answering calls for regular mileage maintenance as well as engine light, charging outlets, fuel door issues expecting to be there all day so I took off work. The 'young lady' at the service counter notified me that the appointment was only set up for an oil change and my other issues would have to be rescheduled 🤬 claiming issues with online appointment making however, this could have been relayed to me when I received the text confirmation that was sent and supposed 'manager could offer me nothing but to reschedule for my engine light issues and hope my engine doesn't blow up in the mean time. Thanks for wasting my time, gas, and energy Russ Darrow Jeep Metro Mall.

Megan was so helpful and kind, taking care of my maintenance check, tire rotation and oil change (only $80!) I love that she also sent me a video summary of what she did and recs to buy new tires in the near future so I can prepare for the expense.
