My overall experience was great with everybody that I worked with and I love the vehicle that I ended up with. The only thing that I have to complain about is that when I went to go home which was an hour drive away from the dealership the car was on E, and the gas light came on. Couldn’t even get all the way home in my new car without pumping gas lol

Vante was my sales person and he was very good with communication and responses. I traveled from out of town due to shipping being an issue however, soon as I arrived the car was clean and ready to go! I had a small issue with some marks and he made it his business to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Way to go team on closing out a state to state sale and 100% customer satisfaction!

The associate was very helpful. He was nice with everything. wasn't the all day process, was in and out fairly quickly than normal. And I love the vehicle that was recommended by him. Turn out to be a winner!!! Plus a vehicle that I had already wanted. Was even giving my plates on the spot.. And my payment was within my range.

My Salesman Stephen was very nice and honest guy. Easy to talk too! Not pushy in anyway. Rest of the people I had to talk too were also very friendly . I highly recommend doing business there! M

I love Russ Darrow and always had good vehicles from them but I was disappointed at the time that when I was handed over the papers it was stained with coffee. As well I was told they detailed the car. That was far from the truth. I am doing the cleaning myself. Again coffee stains. Plus the trunk was very dirty. On a positive note my sales representative was excellent and his manager but don't like being told the car was cleaned and it wasn't.
