Is over a month my car still there i ask them to keep me updated never received a call It’s disheartening when you seek assistance and don’t receive the support you deserve. I hope the team can address these concerns and improve the experience for all customers in the future. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? After waiting 2.5 weeks (originally was told 1.5 max) and getting 4 drastically different estimates for how long my car would take, unnecessary rude attitudes from majority of staff, I finally got my car back. Ended up waiting hours in the waiting area. The Manager appeared to be the only employee with any sense of communication skills or concern for customer satisfaction. Had it not been for the manager himself helping, I would most likely still be waiting there. **update, as encouraging as the response was from Russ Darrow, when I attempted to reach out to the email provided in the response , my email is immediately blocked by the receiver. Met up for my appointment with Jeff Garstecki. We discussed the fender repair and was able to overcome problems with the wiring harness. And compatibility issues with signal and running lights
