After a full professional detail there was still damage, glass, residue and mold left in the vehicle. Worst detail I ever had. Do NOT recommend. Please see photos. Manager was extremely difficult to track down, rude and nonchalant about the disaster they call detail work. I can’t believe they let this leave the detail shop like this.
Had a great experience at Russ Darrow/Mitsubishi Motors. Daniel and Chris were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful with me when I purchased my new truck a couple weeks ago. I will definitely be back here when I need another vehicle. Thee entire car buying process here was quick and easy. I was able to secure and drive home a truck the same day I signed the paperwork. Can’t recommend these guys enough!
My only complaint is that I had a 10am appointment and therefore I arrived a few minutes early at 9:45. There was a delivery truck blocking the garage door to enter into the service department. I made a call into the service department to make them aware of my arrival and to let them know they had a delivery truck blocking their customers entrance and I couldn’t get in. Even after making that call, Nobody asked the truck driver to move the truck over so customers could enter the service department. I ended up sitting outside in my car waiting for the truck to move for over 45 minutes. The truck finally left at 10:35 and I was able to pull into the service department… but I had been sitting outside since 9:45am.
I went to have my battery terminals cleaned and dashboard light. They were very professional and didn't charge me for scanning code. The other dealership closer to me was charging me twice as much for the same service. Russ darrow is very far away from where I live but I'm willing to go there.
