Recalls assessed on 2023 Nissan rogue. I dealt with Erin and she was very kind and explained every step of the way. Service took a little over an hour which she explained on the phone prior to my appointment. Thank you for making my experience pleasant.

I was very disappointed with the treatment I had received. I had a coupon for my oil change and the service rep stated they would not honor it because it can only be used for blended oil change. Since I use synthetic oil, it would not be recommended to mix. Only to be more shocked when I returned home to look at the coupon I had printed again, it stated that it could be used on a synthetic oil change. In short, I was treated stupidly because I was a women and would not honor my coupon and ended up paying over 86$ dollars. Total sex discrimination and bullying into the full price. Needless to say, you have lost a customer and I will make sure that my “women “ friends do not use your services. Very discriminating behavior against women. I have been coming to Russ Darrow for my maintenance the last 20 years. I’ve never had a problem with service. They’re always very friendly and they keep me updated. Facilities are clean and welcoming. And when I’m ready to upgrade my car or truck, I know where to come. Thanks RD team

I did not have service done to my car. I purchased a new Nissan Rogue and Nevruze and Abdul made it a most pleasurable experience. They went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the whole experience. I’ve purchased several new vehicles in the past and this purchase was by far the best experience I’ve had. I recommend Russ Darrow Nissan to anyone who’s in the market for a new vehicle.

Unfortunately, I was not fully satisfied with the experience. I received different information each time I called, and it wasn’t until I spoke with the manager that I got clear answers. Also, I was originally told my vehicle would be ready Tuesday or Wednesday, but I didn’t get it back until Friday. That delay felt inconsiderate, especially without proactive communication. Additionally, I was not offered a loaner vehicle. If I had needed to rent a car, that would have been an unexpected out-of-pocket expense. I appreciate you checking in and hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.
