I have been taking my vehicles here for over a decade. The work is quality in a timely manner. The personnel (I am bias) are friendly and if they don’t understand something they work hard to figure it out. This is the kind of place where people put their phones down and look you in the face and communicate with you. They get to know you by name. These guys understand that a vehicle is a livelihood for many people so they treat you as part of their family and take good care of you.

Had a brake line rupture while traveling and were blessed to find Russell Auto Parts and Service. They squeezed us into their busy schedule and got us back on the road. Nice - oh so nice - people. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

Best mechanic shop around. Brought my 05 buick here multiple times and they always do great work. I was surprised how quickly we were able to get all the stuff done I needed done. Excellent service all the way around.

Amazing all around! Can't say enough good things about Russell's Auto Parts! Our car broke down the day before Thanksgiving and Russell's was the closest shop we could have our car towed to. They were super busy but still managed to make time for us, and they seemed happy to do it. They were able to get our car fixed and we were able to get back on the road. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, and helped us at an affordable cost! I can honestly say this was the best experience we have ever had at a car repair shop! And Russell is a genuine guy who will make your day, even IF you are having car trouble! Thanks guys!

Stopped by early Monday morning to have 2 broken lug nut studs replaced and inspect all other for defects on my teen driver’s car. Russell Auto ensured the safety of the vehicle by replacing what was needed in just a few short hours. Had the tires rotated as well. Very professional, honest service and didn’t break a young teen driver’s bank. Will definitely come back for any automotive needs in the future. Thanks Russell Auto Parts and Service.
