I just paid $1339.18 for replacing my alternator. A simple remove-and-replace. $739.05 was labor! Yikes!! I looked up Kelly Blue Book for this repair - by a dealer - it gave a price range of $786 to $888 total (parts and labor). Double yikes!! I cannot recommend Russell Barnett for service: their quoted hourly rate is "$175 and up" (this is according to their service manager), which effectively means that they can charge whatever they want. I've never heard of an auto repair shop charging on a sliding scale! When I expressed that the charges seemed excessive, and I asked for an adjustment, I was told that they would not do that - the charge was "by the book". When I told them that this decision had lost my future business, I was told "OK, have a nice day". Good bye, Russell Barnett family

Van and his team was exceptional. Not only did they fix my personal truck very fast but also completed my company trucks in a timely manner as well.

I have bought 2 RHD jeeps from them,they were very nice and even brought my 2021jeep to my house in AL.

The services department is horrible I have taken my car to them twice in less than 9 months 1st time it was 2700.00 to fix it was about the oil and the 2nd time was 3100.00 to fix and that was about the oil system too their excuse is always that is not the part they fixed now my car's check engine light is back on took it to another dealership they said it was about the oil in least than 3 months since the last time they fixed it went up there and showed them what they gave me and it had something to do about my oil system again and their excuse again was that was not the part they fix tried 3 times to call the person over service department (VAN) left message never answered the phone and never returned my messages please don't go to them they are horrible and rude
