Russell Brooks Auto Body Shop is a business I robustly endorse. The owner and wife were so helpful to me. I have a Honda element 2003 and I was traveling through the Konnarock, VA. Some of the plastic of my front end of my car rattled loose. They let me come into their shop and repaired my car. I cannot thank this family enough (so I had to write a stellar review). I am traveling with my 8 year old son by myself. Having an experienced, kind automotive repairman help me out is priceless while traveling to me. If you have auto body repair needed - go to this business straight away.
We had a scary hydroplane accident on I-81. They towed us & went to great lengths to help us find a rental car, which are hard to find in that part of VA. Drove us all the way back down to Tri-Cities Airport to pick up a rental so we could continue our trip. Went above & beyond. Still jave the repairs to be done, which will take 2 or 3 weeks.
Very knowledgeable and friendly towards his customers. Great work
