Russell's Auto Repair

I am so thankful for Russell’s auto repair, they were able to install a new drivers side rear window for me the same day I called, when all the other shops were saying it could take a few days. They did a wonderful job and even cleaned up all the glass that was in my car (even folded a blanket I had in there that got glass on it) from my window being busted in, as you can see from the before and after pics. They were friendly, affordable, and I highly recommend them if you need your windows repaired.

Clearly a community place. Really nice and responsive. Fixed my windshield by far for the cheapest price. The initial install was bad and I had leaking. So I went back and it was quickly taped over. That didn’t work so I went back again and they installed another new windshield! Very glad they remedied the mistake and saved me some money. Definitely recommend.

Do not go here. Bad service bad customer service just bad all around. Took my car here after an accident and the job still is not complete. They are known for their window service and when I went through the car wash soap came inside the car. Owner ended up no longer answering my phone calls and even it rains hard water comes through my front window. Good is either too big or off track so it does not close flat. Just do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost

WASTE OF TIME. My friend came here to get her glass replaced and they did a good job, she inquired for me, and they said that they would have my glass as well. She gave me their number and I contacted them to confirm for a second time that they would have the glass the next morning. The next morning we spoke on the phone to confirm one more time before I was on my way. I took off of work to have this glass replaced, just to get there and to be met with excuses. All of a sudden the glass was not on hand and only “new” glass was available for almost $70 more than the price we spoke about. The shop is not in my area, and it’s in the opposite direction of my job as well, the whole experience was terrible.

I put my car in this shop to have the windshield replaced the guy that fixed my windshield was horrible at communicating said that my car would be ready on several occasions an once i got upset he refused to respond to my calls and text messages i had tho have my significant other intervene my car was in the shop for 3 weeks and once i picked my car up I realized their was several things missing from my car money included
