I want to give a big thinks to Alvin and his team! We had been experiencing what seemed like an electrical issue with our suburban. The doors would randomly lock and the truck would downshift going down the road. We took it to Alvin, but I didn't have high hopes because I know how difficult electrical issues can be. I actually had a rental reserved for our upcoming Disney trip. Well, I am happy to say that I was able to cancel that rental and drive the suburban to Disney and back with no issues! Thank you so much to Alvin and his entire team for not giving up on our truck and fixing this issue! They are all so kind and professional from the moment you walk through the door, or call the office!

My car was making a shrilling noise when turning the wheel left or right, it wasn’t a continuous noise. I took my car to Russell’s who immediately diagnosed and took care of the problem. My car is no longer making the noise.
