I had a small spot of rust repaired on my Volvo (turns out it was larger than it appeared!), as well as a crease dent repair. The work was excellent, the price very fair, and the job was completed promptly. Thank you for all you do!

I got hit in a parking lot by some guy, insurance ended up suggesting Russ's. I thought that was fine, took it to them and it only took them about a week which was understandable for the damage caused. I get the car back and day after notice that the door they replaced isn't working, won't lock or unlock and the window wont go down. Again, I thought this was fine, called them up and explained and they ended up fixing it, got it back a day later and now the door is off. I'll give them credit the window and locks work, but the lock indicator thing by the window is off from the rest of the car, it's a minor annoyance so I'm not bothering going back but it's still pretty frustrating that even after getting it back something new is wrong. Any work fixing what's already on the car they do fine,
