Rustic Quality Conversions

I tracked these guys down as the company who bought out Classic Disc Brakes. I had bought a disc brake conversion back in 2019 for my 61 Lincoln. When my mechanic did the conversion 5 years ago, he complained about the poor communication with Classic Disc Brakes. Well, I wish I had waited until Rustic Quality Conversions took over. I called them up with a few questions about my conversion. Billy went out of his way to go through the previous owner's records and look at pictures I had to determine what I needed. He may have not sold me the brakes originally but he went above and beyond to help me out. He figured out what pads I needed and is even sending me out an E-brake kit that wasn't included in the order 5 years ago! My disc brakes were a major upgrade and so was Rustic Quality

I found Rustic Quality Conversions on-line after what I thought was an exhaustive and fruitless search for the services I needed. I sent a message with my needs to Billy and Brittany (the owners). I soon received a return message from them stating they could meet my needs. Billy checked his inventory, provided the necessary parts, and, if he didn't have them, he knew from where to source them. His diligence and relentlessness were outstanding! Within no time, my mechanic had all the parts in hand and my '60 Mercury Park Lane is ready to come home! All the previous reveiws follow the same theme. I also purchased a conversions kit for my 1958 Ford Fairlane retractable. When I took it to my mechanic she said there where no instructions. I thought they didn't need them. But they Do. There also was a question on the size of some of the hardware. When I called to get more info, Billy answered and informed me that he is the new owner. When I heard that I just saw more $ signs. I was happy to here him tell me he could help. He remanufactured the parts I needed. He shipped them and I had the parts in less than a week. He also sent pics of moch ups he made so my mechanics could fully understand how to assemble the brakes. I'm, 65 and you rarely see customer service like Billy provides. Above and beyond customer service!!! Purchased a kit for a client's build from the previously owned company months prior. Had a mismatch of parts. Expecting to hear I was going to have to purchase another kit. NOPE!!! Bill took the time to find what I had and what I needed. Then calls back with follow up to see if everything was good!!! Unheard of in today's world!!!!
