We scheduled an appointment for 9:00am. It looks like no one is being trained to be friendly with customers. As soon as we arrived at our appointment, the service employee, a white kid in his mid-20s with a tablet in hand, did not say "hi," "hello," or "welcome"—basically zero engagement with us—until I personally SAID in a sarcastic way, "Hello, how are you doing?" We sat down and waited in the lobby while our vehicle was being taken care of. At the moment to leave, we tried to pay for our service. The receptionist was not even paying attention to us; she didn't even care about us standing there trying to pay. She was just watching her and exploring her cellphone, distracted from helping customers. As soon as she raised her head, she noticed we were there standing and waiting (same gestu

My 2025 Honda CR-V has 27,000 miles (warranty to 30,000). One rear liftgate strut is leaking oil — a clear defect. A leaking strut has lost its seal and must be replaced under warranty, regardless of whether it currently still moves. I arrived on time, showed them the leak and requested a warranty replacement. Their response was “it still works, so it’s fine,” and they refused the claim. That is unprofessional and unacceptable for an authorized service department.

I came in on July 3rd for basically a complete fluid service- transmission, oil change, brake fluid. My brother-in-law passed away the Sunday before, and I needed my vehicle running smoothly for the drive to Louisiana to attend the funeral. My skid plate was dragging when I came in, and the service manager, Jason Murphy, showed me this when my car was in the lift and said they could remove it (did not say anything about a fee). The service, in total, was around $722. When I finally left, it seemed like everything was good. I finished packing what I needed and got on the road. I took my car in for a recall, oil change, and tire rotation. I was very happy with the services they provided, especially the multi-point vehicle inspection. The mechanic, John, recorded what he was checking underneath the car, noted whether the parts were still in good condition, and then provided me with an inspection report. Tin, the advisor, was very helpful as well. He also helped resolve my burned-out puddle light.
