The repair process for our RV took some time, but I've come to realize that such delays are typical. Fortunately, Josh and his team were very proactive in keeping me updated about the progress. They seemed to be coordinating closely with the team handling our parts, which was reassuring. Once all the necessary parts arrived, the actual repair work was carried out quickly and efficiently. Their service was exceptional, especially considering we were also in the process of potentially purchasing a new rig. The inspection for that went smoothly as well, showing that they are thorough and efficient in all their dealings.

We had an excellent experience with our salesperson, Jessica Richardson, today. She was exceptionally patient with our timetable and very attentive, taking detailed notes of exactly what we are looking for. Jessica provided 5-STAR service. The only slight drawback, reflected in a 4-star rating overall, was the limited inventory available that fit our specific needs.
