I first contacted Lou for an inspection on the RV I was purchasing, and then I contacted him asking for referrals on solar and/or upgrading my battery bank. I ended up choosing the battery upgrades, and while it took a little longer than we had anticipated, he was very thorough and professional. I called and spoke with Louie, and from the very first moment, his professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine responsiveness truly impressed me. He was able to get my RV inspection done immediately, with a turnaround time that was remarkably quick, easing so much of my worries. Louie inspected the used 2021 Entegra Odyssey we were looking at buying and didn't have a single issue until last year when we called him up and he came to us to fix a valve that blew.
