Keith took a look at our camper fridge when it had suddenly stopped working while we were on the road. We were fortunate to be close to his shop. He checked for power and a good flame, and gave us realistic advice about what to expect. Good advice is not always good news but his knowledge helped us plan for the rest of our trip.

Keith from RV doctor came out to my trailer to diagnose my furnace that wasn't firing up. He was on time and immediately went to work. He performed a few tests which didn't reveal the problem. He then removed the furnace to do some further tests at his shop. As he loaded the furnace into the bed of his truck he noticed that a switch on the furnace was in the off position. The only access to this switch was by removing the furnace. Keith could have not said anything about the switch and taken the furnace to his shop and charged me for something that wasn't really the problem. He should be commended for his work ethic and honesty. I highly recommend RV doctor of Lee county for repairs to your trailer that you can't fix on your own. Thanks! RV doctor.

We are full timers and were at a campsite when my awning came apart. called the RV Doctor and stated that he would come out Tuesday or Wednesday. Tuesday came around and he did not show up so I started calling and leaving messages, texting and sent and email with no response. Did the same Wednesday and still no response and on Wednesday his mailbox for his phone was full. Luckily between Grand Design and Carefree Awning I might get the part I need if not I can't move my RV. Don't know what happened to this guy I know I had bad phone reception but I gave him another phone number to call and still he never responded.

Had to hunt him down to install ice maker in freezer. It required coming into the business to actually talk about it. He had his back to my sister the whole time stocking items. The young girl at the counter was handling it. He only turned around when the girl asked him a question. The ice maker never worked correctly but who wants to deal with him since it took so long. Earlier this year we had a problem with the sewer backing up. He charged us around $200 and said it was full of grease. I'm sure he only that because we're black. We only come out about 8 times a year. After contacting the association it was actually the entire sewer line had tree roots in it. We will never use him again. Very unprofessional, rude, and poor communicator.
