READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY – SERIOUS BUYER BEWARE This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. Their customer service is horrendous, and they will take advantage of you at every opportunity. I wish there was an option to give zero stars, because that’s what they truly deserve. From start to finish, this was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a business. I own an RV rental business and was looking to expand our fleet. We explained our situation clearly from the beginning – that this trailer was going into a long-term rental (5–7 years) and needed to be move-in ready and structurally sound. Will mislead you to believe they are not a business on FB Marketplace at first until a delivery address is given. Then they will set up a deal, and renege the day before because they failed to read something properly. Time and money wasted.

If I could give a negative 5 I would do so. I do not recommend this place to anyone. The service department is AWFUL!!!! My husband and I finally decided to get us a travel trailer, we looked around and found what we thought was a perfect camper that fit our needs. Boy were we wrong!! It has been a nightmare! It is a used trailer but they told us everything was working perfectly and they would throw in a new battery. They told us they would need to keep the trailer for a couple days so that they could make sure everything was working correctly. 2 weeks later (partly due to the weather) we get the ok to pick it up and that everything was working great. Our first trip out, the shower leaks and flooded the bathroom, the furnace is not working and will need to be replaced, the breakers

I purchased an RV for a killer deal due to some cosmetic damage, we discussed the issues with it and the sale went great. 10 minutes down the road there was catastrophe and they were all so great at helping to fix the issue. Customer service was really great, so refreshing to have a company that cares about the customers even after they drive off the lot.

WOW! What can I say? I purchased a used RV and the sale went perfect and then.... I had to deal with the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Service is a joke. Morgan seemed to help me in the beginning and then the lies and her ignoring my calls started. She will not return calls. She does not answer questions. I started trying to get a response from Tammy and that conversation stopped also. Be careful! The sales people are respectful, the Service Dept are not.
