I had a great experience purchasing a camper here. Matthew, my salesman, was a huge help for me through the whole process. He got me hooked up with a camper in less than a day from my first message to him on Facebook Marketplace. He got me a great deal and worked with me to make sure I was set up with everything I needed. Matthew is a family man of strong faith and treated me as if I was part of his own family. I would be more than willing and happy to recommend anyone to go here for their next camper.

We bought a Imagine 4 seasons RV from here. We had it delivered to our house. When it showed up, it looked like someone had been staying in it. It was half full of poop in the tank and the delivery person can confirm this. It's bad on the axles taking it down the road with anything in the tanks. The whole place was filthy. We were told it would go through not one but two inspections and for us not to worry about anything. Looking back on the paperwork the "inspections"are by the "buyer" only and sold "as is". The paperwork you sign will also say they are not liable for any mechanical problems before or after purchase like even during delivery. If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership knowingly sold me an RV with a blown water heater, then told me to “just file a claim.” What they didn’t mention? They had welded the water heater, which completely voided the warranty. That little trick alone stuck me with a $1,500 repair bill. It didn’t stop there. Not long after, I had to replace the black tank, toilet, and even the motor slide outs—an additional $8,000 in repairs on a unit I had just purchased. When you spend this kind of money, you expect honesty and at least a roadworthy RV. Instead, I was handed a laundry list of hidden problems and excuses. They post fake trailer ads on Facebook so that when you message them they say “sorry that one just sold but here, look at this one that’s $10,000-$15,000 more than the one you were interested in.” I found a listing on Facebook for a 5th wheel trailer, messaged the lady with a question, got a “sorry we just sold that one” with another listing of a more expensive trailer sent by the lady. Then 3 days later the same listing I messaged them about is posted with the same exact price, no description, and posted by another lady at the dealership. Just a waste of time doing “business” here. UPDATE!!!! After taking delivery of our 5th Wheel we found the service department and the owners of this dealership to be horrible!!! Our 5th wheel had not been check over before delivery and they had it for 2 months after we purchased it. You can not ever get someone to answer or return calls and Morgan the service manager is rude when you do go up and finally talk to her. They didn’t check the seals on our roof and our one slide out would leak due to a seal being folded because the forced the slide out in. The owners do not stand behind what they say. I will never recommend this place for anyone to purchase even a brand new RV. The only good thing about this dealership is their sales person Tom.
