Customer Reviews
Not pleased with them whatsoever actually a massive letdown. I was told for three months a certain RV was mine for 6000 cash down and then I was going to pay a year of lot rent and utilities off right then and there. Chris, the sales guy told me it was mine. It was final and then Calvin the finance guy Try to sell me some used busted up RV that was so small. It would not fit me or my children. So spending over three months, dealing with them has done nothing but wasted my time, but also extremely eye-opening. They were not about helping me whatsoever. They caused issues. And now I will be giving someone my $10,000 that is way better for a way bigger camper and way better service than the Rv Station could ever give. Truth and honesty from the get-go would’ve been a lot better than lying and
I cannot overstate how exceptional our experience was with RV Station. My husband has to work in Oklahoma for the next year, so it was a no-brainer to look for a camper for him. Hotels are cost-prohibitive and no way for a person to live long-term. Airbnb? Forget it. Who has that kind of money? So, on our way to Camping World, we notice a place called RV Station, and thought, “why not?” We'll drop in, see what they have, what could it hurt? Well, let me tell you, best decision we’ve made in a long time. We were immediately warmly greeted by Sonny, and not in that pushy, salesman way, but like a dear friend. Sonny had a calm goodness about him which drew us in immediately. He wasn’t there to push the biggest, shiniest, newest (most expensive) RV, no. He wanted to know about us, wanted to
What to say about this place... First off, the big guy they call Chris wears the coolest vest you will ever see. Alexz was the BEST & most patient salesman we could have ever experienced. We had no clue what we were doing, but this kid made it a breeze. Then there is Calvin, the guy who did our paperwork. My lanta, friendly again & an HONEST family man. That is RARE in sales these days. Then Ole Dayle did our walk through && Chris needs to give them ALL raises!!!! 10/10 will buy from them our next trip around!!
DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! ( NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION OF THE RV SALES/SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! )The park “manager” (WANDA) is a terrible person. She runs everyone off. The trash doesn’t get emptied. The WiFi doesn’t work. If it’s included in the price, and doesn’t work, shouldn’t that be excluded off the rent??? We were kicked out because our dog barked ONE DAY three weeks prior to eviction but it was a reason on the notice. If it was such an issue why were we not kicked out then???!?!? Also, simple deck or Christmas lights are apparently frowned upon in the “resort” we were told to take them down as we immediately did with respect and without delay. We were also told we couldnt park where we were parking. Ok that’s understandable as she thought we were parking over the lateral lines
We purchased the Outback RV in June 2021. Once we arrived at the location in Tyler Texas and set the RV up we found the AC in the front of the RV was not cooling. We contacted the RV station multiple times and they came out and tried to repair the AC, but the compressor of the RV had never been bolted down in the unit. RV Station replaced the unit with another unit it did not work and we tried to get it repaired or a warranty unit installed. After nearly two years we contacted an RV repair shop which was suggested by RV Station and they came out a month ago and ordered a warranty AC unit and replaced the 2nd defective one. We have had multiple issues with the RV, refrigerator was not working and freezing inside the refrigerator and RV station came out multiple times and finally put new
