We had a great experience with this RV dealer! The staff was super helpful and informative—they took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident in our purchase. Todd was especially great to work with—friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth. The price was fair, and it was definitely worth the drive. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for an RV!

I would not recommend using this business. Their customer service is very inadequate and they can’t be trusted to be truthful. They put in a new control panel on our 5th wheel. On the first trip out, in July, we realized the tanks weren’t registering on the panel. We contacted them and the lady on the phone looked up the unit, said they it was under warranty, and gave us an appointment in October. Arrived for our appointment and they refused to honor the warranty. We decided to go ahead and have the service done, so we could get our unit stored for the winter, and they said it was a loose wire. Which most likely means they didn’t connect the wire in the first place. In addition, while I unit was there, communication was very difficult. It took repeatedly calling and leaving messag

The sale itself was ok. They are terrible at communicating and will never return your phone calls. It also took them forever to get the title back to me. So long that I had to pay late fees when registering. If you buy here don't plan on any service after the sale whatsoever.

Don't buy from here. Todd was great, but they won't warranty the new trailers they sell. I reached out in July to schedule warranty work in October, and now that it's October, they tell me I need to talk with another company that won't do the work. Now I'm left working with Forest River to find someone to fix my new camper. It sucks because leading up to this, they were great to work with. Don't get fooled like I did.

Horrible after sale support. We left with a defective frig we paid good money for that never corrected itself like they said it would. When I called back for warranty service it dragged on for months, I always had to call them and now no return calls and now passed warranty period. Would not recommend.
