First time camper here. The camper came in and there was broken glass all over the place, might’ve been from delivery but I saw nothing broken. I’ve had the camper for about 2-3 weeks now and after the first day the pipes burst so that’s been fun. When asked about my warranty because I didn’t receive it via email with other paperwork, they harassed me to take down my first review of the camper or they would not help me. After trying to see about my warranty on the water heater, they became very rude because of my honest review regarding the manufactured features of the camper and the communication with staff. Every interaction was positive, and every question we had was answered quickly. The day we picked up our camper, we were assisted during the walk-through by Scott. He thoroughly explained all aspects of the camper in a friendly, easy-to-understand way and made sure we felt comfortable and confident before leaving.
