I had a very unprofessional experience with RV World of Northern Colorado. I was called out by their representative, Tyler, to handle a garage door job. When I arrived, I found individuals on-site who appeared intoxicated. Despite me explaining that the work was commercial high-lift and therefore billed at commercial rates, I was pressured to do the job at a lower, residential-style rate. When I stood firm on my pricing, the attitude shifted. After I left, I learned that Tyler chose to talk negatively about my character instead of addressing the actual issue — which was simply a difference in rates for residential vs. commercial work. We recently had our camper in to get the hot water heater replaced. They were fast, attentive, friendly and very knowledgeable. We couldn't be happier with the service. Kim was absolutely amazing. We highly recommend this place for all of your camper needs. Customers for life!

Used the truck rental services two different times in 2 months. Kim is amazing and worked very hard to get us the right truck at the cheapest price. The truck was like new and ran great all the way to Idaho. I would recommend anyone renting a truck to give Kim a call. She is very professional and will work hard to get you just what you need.

Customer service is great. The in store mechanics were able to help me figure out my battery bank issues and didn't charge me for the consultation. They also have a great selection of camper products in house and everything I looked at was reasonably priced.
