RV World Recreation Vehicle Center - RV Dealer Yuma AZ

They were very easy to deal with. We just wanted to Sell our motorhome. Probably could have gotten more for it, selling it ourselves, but it would have been a pain. Money was in the bank before we got home.

Worst dealership EVER! They will sell you a POS and not bat an eye about it. They sold a used one to our son that has been nothing but problems for the 6 months he’s had it. His has been in the shop 9 times in 6 months. Unfortunately we bought a new one the same time our son bought his. We have had major issues with ours since day one as well. It’s been in the shop longer than we’ve been able to use it in a 6 month period. They have even admitted that they take new parts off the RV’s there and put them on the RV’s that need to be fixed. I won’t say names, but PLEASE don’t buy from there. They also admittedly DO NOT do an inspection on RV’s that come in until a customer is interested in it. I am doing this review to hopefully help someone else not go through what we are going through.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have bought SEVERAL new coaches and thought just getting mediocre service and treatment was the best I could hope for in the RV purchasing world. Greg in sales was super easy to deal with, no pressure and did everything he said he would without any difficulties. Bob in service is very very knowledgeable and did upgrades I wanted with quality work at very fair price. I cant say enough great things about these guys, they certainly exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I worked with a great team at RV World that consisted of Oliver and James. They were straightforward and never pressured us. They gave us time to think about our future investment, and we're happy we chose to buy. They have great customer service, and we highly recommend getting the warranty because it's affordable and very easy to use when dealing with RV World. They are very thorough when it's time to take your trailer home. The person that helped us had an amazing amount of detailed information about the trailer and went over every button, nook and cranny to make sure we knew how everything worked. 100% recommend buying from RV World.

I have had at least 10 RV's in the last 25 years and was never really happy with the dealership. Especially Camping World.I didn't see how Camping World stays in business. Last year I bought a 32ft Toy hauler from Rv World and they were great. I will not deal with anyone else from now on. I booked an appointment with their service department and was blown away,fixed everything in a timely manner and even fixed things that I didn't know were broken. YUMA is 700 miles from home , Rv World is worth the drive
