They guy was very nice and easy to deal with. He picked up the phone instantly and gave me the best rate I’ve seen in a while. He was able to fit my 4 door, long bed on without a problem with only a small increase in price (because of the size). 10/10 would recommend, great guy.

I enlisted RVA Roadside to pick up a outsized auto lift that I had shipped to the local ABF freight terminal. Chris was my contact prior to and during the transfer and deliver to my house. The item was rather large (18') and weighed 2550 pounds. The flatbed truck with a winch was the perfect tool to pickup and delivery to my garage. The price was realistic and in line with what I expected for the item details. Chris was a great communicator and a professional driver. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for other freight or my car.

AAA said the tow truck driver would arrive in 45 minutes. Chris called me immediately after AAA and said he’d be here in 10 minutes! Arrived, got my Genesis G80 started and into the flatbed with no problems. He was courteous, understanding, and patient with my questions. Highly recommended from a very satisfied customer. After waiting 2.5 hours in a dark parking lot on a Sunday evening for my insurance company's roadside assistance to arrive due to a flat tire, my father in law arrived to assist and decided to call this company for a tow. They provided a 20 minute ETA and arrived before the qouted time. My car was on the tow truck within minutes and taken to my chosen repair location safely. They were really great and the price was also fair. I would highly recommend this service.
