We bought a tow truck here and put trust that it was a solid truck. We didn’t even get 400 miles and its in the shop needing a new transmission costing $14,000. I reached out to see if they will help at all and I was basically told to pound sand.

Brought my truck in to be fixed had one problem with it. They told me it was another problem that would fix the problem after had my truck for several days. Charge me 5600 as soon as I pulled out of the shop the truck lights all went on code across the dash same exact problem. I brought it in for paid them $5600. They brought it back into the shop and fix that problem And the truck was fine so they fixed a bunch of stuff that didn’t need done and then told me to go fly a kite never bring nothing back there ever again worst service ever.

Over the top expensive and a the parts counter guy is absolutely worthless. He made it abundantly clear that he didn't care about me, my project or the price associated with it. I don't know his name but later someone reached me by phone and was extremely helpful, I'd prefer this person anytime compared to the first.

Good but it is the dealer a little high if it wasn't for that 5 stars lol

Customer service isn't the greatest on multiple occasions. Parts counter people seem to be confused alot. Definitely could be better is what it is.
