We had some repairs done on our RV engine. The service department was a pleasure to work with, especially Sam! They are very professional. They communicated by emails and phone calls throughout the process of getting our repairs done and answered all my questions. Exceptional Customer Service!

Had air conditioner compressor replaced here. Supposedly repaired and recharged and if that was done on April 14 2025 with a bill of over 1000 dollars why am I sitting in Ellsworth Iowa at Loves repairing the air conditioner again let me explain how this went down. The system holds 2.8 lbs of freon but this system had 14 ounces of oil added and 2.5 lbs of freon. Which caused the system to crash and not work properly. This is a very poor way to earn business I would expect you to check this problem out your shops work went 42 days in the cool weather before my needing the air conditioner just to find it didn't work. AMATEURS WORK HERE

Michel is the most knowledgeable parts guy. Takes the time to help you and will guide you on the right direction. Other parts guys will just say sorry I can’t help you.

If you need the right part the first time ask for Cameron in parts for help. He goes the extra mile and treated me like I was family. Not only did I get the right part I was able to get my truck back making money the same day. Again thank you so much Cameron you truly go the extra mile.
